Firra knows how to lead the charge. Some of her former employers include Goldman Sachs, US Trust Company, The College Board, DoubleClick and oh yeah, a little company called Google. Her specialties include strategic planning, product development & commercialization, mergers & acquisitions, general management, and pricing. She speaks four languages - five if you count Beagle.

Stephen Gill Co-Founder

Stephen is an Online Media Entrepreneur and founder of Leadnomics and Red Online Marketing Group, and has a degree in Entrepreneurship from Rowan University. Stephen co-founded RightAction in 2010 as he saw great opportunity for innovation in digital media with the advent of RTB. Stephen grew up on the Jersey shore (not to be confused with the one you've seen on MTV) and is equal parts techie, traveler, and foodie.

Gabriel Malca is a self-taught, super-uber-coder turned online marketer. He co-founded RightAction after realizing the lack of proper technology in an ever-growing marketplace. His approach to software engineering, coupled with his experience in social interaction, gives RightAction a leading edge over the competition. In his free time, Gabriel likes to hang out with his son, occasionally sneaking in algorithm and programming stories at bedtime.

When most 13-year old boys were riding bikes or reading comic books, Athas was programming. Since then, the Boston U Terrier got a degree in Business Admin with a focus on Information Systems. In his past life he was a programmer at Citigroup’s Corporate and Investment Bank in Boston. Afterwards he went to Law School for Law & Technology. Currently Athas specializes in Cyber law, privacy, contracts and intellectual property. A born and raised New Yorker, Philly’s BYOBs have won him over. Don’t tell his mom.

Along with her CPA, Margaret holds an MBA and BS in Marketing. She worked at Arthur Andersen, LLP as an Audit and Business Advisory Manager for over 7 years and has experience in both public and private industry. She also has extensive experience achieving operational and financial success with start-ups including system implementation and developing and implementing policies and procedures. Margaret is a sports junkie and a huge fan of her husband and three kids.
